It is my personal belief that all humans have the ability to learn and use Reiki, not just some, but all. Reiki I will teach you about this amazing energy and how to being to wake it up in yourself and Reiki II is a little more advanced and teach you how to send it and use it for higher levels of healing. The Abundance programming is a vibrational set point taught to insure when you leave that you are ready to open to your own abundance, not expecting for another person or the world to give it to you. Everyone comes to the time in his or her life when they just want to feel good about who they are and what they have accomplished. Time to stop hearing Mom and Dad, the television and society. There is that time when you just want to love yourself and know you are amazing and strong enough to stop being what other people want you to be and just to be you with confidence and peace. This program will draw out the blessings and strengths you have and begin to let go of others expectations, with love. This program has no age limit but special dates will be made for 13 to 18 year old groups.

What the heck is color therapy, sound therapy and olfactory therapy? And best of all how will it change my life or how can I use it find my calling and passion? I spent many, many years pulling this all together. My goal is to make sure that there is a place to get a sampler of every thing and then have the ability to decide what really turns me on and what I want to learn a lot more about. Peace, meditation and spirituality. The desire to have inner peace can be realized as we release, rejuvenate and retrain our energy and passion with higher possibilities.Many forms of relaxation, meditation and breathing will be taught. This program is not of any religious nature and is meant for each individual to find his or her own peace within. This program is open to 18 plus.

Couples Clear Communication for Life. Learning the basics of how miscommunications begin and how to gracefully and respectfully bring the relationship back to neutral and fill it with love and clear communication. This retreat is specifically organized for couples. * 

From the moment you land until the moment you are dropped off at the airport you will be taken care of;                                         

• Transportation from airport to retreat site upon arrival
• Retreat housing begins upon arrival, the day before the retreat until last night  of retreat and check out the next day.
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner with average two snacks per day
• Transportation on all group excursions
• Snorkel and/or beach trip, history and nature tour
• Shopping  and private time if needed
• A  night of Local Cuisine Dinner out and dancing
• Group yoga class
• One 60-minute massage or energy work session
• Training manuals and take home materials where appropriate
• Transportation to airport for departure flight and a send off with a smile

• Housing  and foods for additional days (but we can assist)
• Taxi service during personal time if not with group preplanned outings

 The world needs great Holistic Life Coaches. All current trainings are held on the island on Sint Maarten and are considered Destination Educational Retreats. 

All retreats are meant to be all-inclusive. You will have no concerns for your logistics, your food, sleeping arrangements and entertainment. You will have free time to see local areas if you desire that will be arranged as a group or you may choose to venture out on your own. This is an all inclusive get away with all the benefits of changing your life in a safe, nurturing, and supported environment, while having a great time in paradise.  If you are drawn to helping people with your words and you find that you can feel and understand where they need help, you are probably an empathetic coach. There are many people in life that are just naturals at being able to intuitively understand when they hear someone in pain speak. They are the go to person in the office or at church. They are the friend that is always “listening “ to other peoples problems and helping them out. They are natural coaches.

What is a Holistic Life Coach? Coaching is leading a person to find their answers to their questions in a multilevel approach. Holistic is addressing the questions from the Mental, Physical, Emotions and Spiritual directions. It is listening for the core issue(s) and honing in on how ”this individual life” needs some assistance.

In my experience as I strived to be the best coach I could I recognized a problem. The courses I was looking at to become fully educated were missing pieces in order for me to make it more than a calling but also a business. Running a business meant I needed to know the legal aspects, the ethical lines, confidentiality and how do I market myself? I wanted to understand the basics of the body and of course the way to speak in order to be understood and listen so the client felt heard.

But, there was more. I comprehended the body has many aspects and just asking questions was not good enough. I am not a believer in traditional psychotherapy. I do not believe you must hash over the past to change the future. I believe you need to learn from the past but use new tools to create change to go into the future fruitfully.

I wanted to understand the body energies and the many ways that it worked together throughout the many systems in the body and I wanted to understand the neuroscience of it and the metaphysical ways it all came together.

There was nothing that came close to what I believed was a full holistic wellness consult where you could gather information and after creating a plan, working with the client then show quantifiable results. So as my Momma use to say, “If you are asking who will create this? Then you must be the one that creates it, Get to work.” So I did.

What was created was a tool called The Matrix. It is a interviewing tool that can be used on the first visit to gather information and will quantifiable show results as you go through your coaching session.

As a client, family member or friend enters that sacred space with you as a natural coach you want to prepared and know that you are hearing the language they are speaking in, what they are rally requesting help with and if what they are suffering with is actually not even the real problem.
