When we have been hurt or offended and cannot let go of the bad energy from the event and rewrite the story through a level of forgiveness, we begin to allow that bad energy to take up residence in our hearts and body and effect our daily existence. Forgiveness is not saying what happened was right; it is the letting go of holding the vibration in our body. It is a major way in increase our health by release the vibrations and frequencies that no longer serve us.
